Carol and Tim invite you to share their attractively designed log style home, with a seperate wing for the guests. Your hosts are long time hills residents who can offer advice on the scenic features of the area and help you with your selection of restaurants, cafes and wineries. Relax on the wide verandahs or under the leafy gazebo and in winter you can pull up a chair next to the cosy log fires. Set amid the picturesque native bush the gardens are a tropical oasis of palms and flowing water with water lilies and irises growing in abundance. Listen and watch the birds during the day. At night the ornamental gardens are illuminated like a fairyland of light and colour complete with a chorus of frogs! Enjoy our breakfasts under the Bali style gazebo of Fruit Fruit, or the traditional cooked English breakfast. Picnic baskets, light refereshments or a BBQ can be provided by arrangement. Guests have the use of their own lounge with comfortable chairs, refrigerator, TV, CD player, plus books and games for enjoyment. Complementary tea and coffee making facilities are provided by the hosts. The house is a tropical oasis surrounded by 2.5 acres of natural bush and trees in a peaceful environment, listen to the native birds and watch out for the kangaroos at dusk.

If you are seeking a quiet, relaxing break, away from your busy lifestyle, this is the place to stay. Situated less than one hour's drive from Perth, Asparagus Patch B & B is ideally located for a perfect hills retreat. A short drive takes you to York and the Avon Valley. Asparagus Patch offers a completely self-contained, fully equipped cottage for four persons, with two double bedrooms and a large bathroom with bath and shower. Tariff includes full breakfast (self-prepared). In addition, there are two very comfortable, beautifully appointed guest rooms situated in the main house. One is a queen room with ensuite, whilst the other is a double room with private bathroom (spa bath and shower). In-house accommodation includes tea/coffee making facilities, sitting room with TV, video, stereo, reading materials, etc. Full breakfast, served in the dining room, is included in the tariff. There is also a sheltered, heated swimming pool for your summer enjoyment, winter log fires, award winning gardens, two studios and a gallery. Enjoy asparagus picking in season, as well as picturesque walks on the nine acre property. Dinner is available by prior arrangement. Children and/or pets are not catered for.

Leisurely breakfasts on a sunny verandah, early-morning strolls around the vineyard and just soaking up the peace and tranquillity in the beautiful gardens, all comfortable country style, is what a stay at Brookside is all about. At Brookside you are the only guests. The charming accommodation is joined to our heritage-listed home but completely private, with its own secluded verandah and separate access. Facilities include queen size bed, en suite bath and shower, lounge area with a gas potbelly stove and facilities for tea and coffee. Guests can enjoy the pool, the gardens and a leisurely tasting of the award-winning Brookside wines in the rustic winery and cellar door.
A touch of rustic charm in a unique bush setting. The property (approx 20 acres) allows guests to wander through nature's beauty or just sit on the verandah and enjoy the tranquility. The chalets offer a choice of 1 or 2 bedrooms; and they are equipped with a colour TV, DVD CD player and video, tea and coffee making facilities, cutlery and crockery for 4, and a microwave and large fridge. All chalets are fully air-conditioned, and each has its own spa. They are at least 20 meters from each other for privacy. There is also a complementary outside barbecue for use by guests. The Mundaring Weir and Lake Leschenaultia are a short drive away and are perfect spots for having a barbecue, picnic or a leisurely walk. For those that still have the energy after a day's outing and want to go out for dinner, there are a number of excellent restaurants only minutes away in Mundaring such as the Loose Box, Solias etc to choose from.

During your relaxation time at Hidden Valley, you may wish to indulge in the heated spa pool, take a walk through the 15 acres of private jarrah forest, you may even wish to take the mountain bike! Or for those wanting to relax or unwind, we have a selection of books, CD’s, videos and Foxtel. You may even wish to simply read a book or magazine whilst lying back in one of the many hammocks located surrounding your chalet. Herbal tea, coffee and other refreshments are available throughout the day. Should you wish to have an overnight stay with us, this is also available. For those of you who are unable to travel to us, we offer a limousine service for pickup and drop off, or alternatively, Hidden Valley’s private BMW is also available for hire.
Stay in a charming 2 storey
solid timber cottage overlooking a 7 acre private lake. The cottage
features timbers from the old David Jones building,
windows from the Loreto Convent in Claremont, antique furniture from
the 16th, 17th and 18th centuries, a lovely old mirror from Lord Nelson
house in Burnham Thorpe, as well as collectors china in the kitchen for
your use. Relax by the log fire with one of the many books from the extensive
library. In the summer, the Lake keeps the property at least 4 degrees
cooler than Perth, and the cottage is fully air conditioned.
Pass the time with a swim in the lake, which is surrounded by waterlilies all
summer, or take the 2 km Sitting Stone walk which starts at the lakeside dome
and takes visitors through the native bushland all around.
Bed and Breakfast with a Difference! Southglen Cottage - The self-contained fully furnished and equipped cottage accommodates up to six people in superb comfort and privacy. Whilst retaining its 'Old World Charm', it has three separate bedrooms, two with queen size beds and one with a double bed. The kitchen has a full cooker, microwave oven and fridge, separate living and dining area with panoramic views of Southglen Lake. It has a wood fired potbelly heater for the cooler evenings, as well as air conditioning. The outdoor deck (with gas BBQ) overlooks the valley, lake and llamas. A gourmet country breakfast is supplied on a self-serve basis. In-house dining can be arranged, or you may visit a number of local restaurants. Alternatively, you may wish to prepare your own meals in the fully equipped country kitchen. All linen and towels are provided The Hacienda - The Hacienda has luxury accommodation for one couple. Guests may choose the Honeymoon Suite, or if a little more spaciousness is required, the Honeymoon Apartment.
